I’ve been building things for a while now — AI agents, skating routines, CTF branding systems — and the one thing they share is that the interesting part is never the finished artifact. It’s the decisions made in the middle: the constraint that turned out to be a gift, the metaphor that made the architecture click, the moment a programme started to feel like itself.
